Used has scratches. The "paint" finish on these is really bad. Scotch tape on it for a bit can remove it, when you remove the tape, it's really pathetic. The computer itself is fine. Decent work/school laptop. Has plenty of cpu and ram and fair storage for work and school. Battery in bios says fair.
